A Child’s Labor of Prayer

What is greatness, but the purity of a little child in the arms of God?
Tiny agents of light round about the world wash with hearts in prayer.
With the Word penetrating the world as sunlight casts through water.
Hearts as a cloth in their hands and for the soap of their labor, love.
So ending the reign of that which in those dark times polluted by touch.
O flooding abundant goodness, O salve of faith’s endurance divine!
Ever preparing the world as a crystal citadel to shine for the King’s return.
